Youth Mental Health Peer Advocacy Group
For the Monadnock Region

  • a space for youth ages 12-21 who identify with a mental health diagnosis
  • a space to discuss the meaning of mental health and mental illness
  • a space to speak openly about stigma and prejudice and to work to educate others
  • a space to learn about mental health laws and how we can advocate for appropriate policies that reflect our needs

Nurturing Parents - Classes for Building Healthy and Caring Families

Monday Evenings
5:30-7:00 PM

A new Nurturing Parenting Class will run for 4 weeks at a time with four rotating parenting topics:

  • Empathy & Appropriate Family Roles – March 7 - March 28
  • Appropriate Expectations & Empowerment – April
  • Expressing Feelings – May
  • Discipline - June

Parents can choose the 4 week class that fits their need or have the option to attend the entire 16 week program.

Cost: $10.00 per family for 1st 4 week session. $5.00 for subsequent sessions. FREE child group!
