Recovery Assistant - ACT
Full-time position. Keene Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a client centered, recovery oriented, mental health service delivery model. Provides community and home based supports to adult individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness. Services are designed to help consumers follow their individual service plans, develop or improve life skills, manage symptoms and monitor their mental status and functioning. The Recovery Assistant works in cooperation with the consumer’s case manager and treatment team. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, and a minimum of one year of work related experience with individuals with disability or mental illness. Good driving record and reliable transportation required.
