Full-time position. Reporting to the Information Technology Director this position is responsible for the daily operations of the agency data network, ensuring the security of the network, servers, PCs and infrastructure. Ensures the reliability and security of the client systems. Will oversee backups of all servers and user data. Maintains confidentiality of client data stored on the agency network. Maintains network equipment, configures, installs and upgrades computer hardware and software. Diagnoses, resolves and documents hardware and software issues. Provides technical support and training on equipment, network and software to agency end users. Will participate in Help Desk coverage cycles, resolving requests and triage of other issues. Knowledge of computer networks, printers, PCs and Microsoft operation systems and applications required. Demonstrated ability and skills in SQL, Microsoft Access and other reporting tools; experience with Essential EBI helpful. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a technical discipline or equivalent. Minimum one year of network administration experience and minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support. Must have current driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.
