Director of Adult Services

Full-time position. Responsible for the leadership and management of the Adult Treatment Services for the agency, including Adult Case Management, Older Adults, and Supported Employment programs.  Responsible for services in both State eligible and non-eligible adults and older adults throughout the agency including the Eastern region office.  Provides administrative support to the InSHAPE, ACT and Acute Care programs. The Director will also be responsible for the leadership and management of Residential programs and will ensure all state eligible consumers within the entire agency will meet State of NH Regulations ensuring that a comprehensive array of effective and coordinated services are available and accessible to consumers.  He/she supervises, and monitors programmatic and fiscal aspects/outcomes of the Recovery Support Services and develops annual budgets in collaboration with the Agency’s Management Team.  Works with consumers, family members, and peer support centers to support consumer & family directed initiatives.   The Director will perform community capacity-building, stigma reducing and community liaison functions.  Qualifications:  Master's Degree in field of mental health or related fields (psychology, counseling, social work or related field from an accredited college or university.); licensed or license eligible in N.H. (LICSW, LCMHC); and five years of post-master’s experience.  Demonstrated administrative and direct service experience with severely and chronically mentally ill persons and their families.  Supervision, program development, and organizational and leadership skills required.  Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with community groups and organizations and have a commitment to community mental health.
