Full-time position. Plans, coordinates, provides and monitors therapeutic, rehabilitative, support and community integration services for adults with severe psychiatric disability designed to assist these individuals to integrate as independently and fully into the life of the community as possible. Works independently and must demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, decision-making and safety consciousness to assure safety and appropriate treatment for consumers in the community. Works independently without regular supervision in community settings along with consumers or leading therapeutic groups. Qualifications: BA in Human Services or related field, and one-year work-related experience, skills in advocacy, outreach, assessment, crisis intervention and supportive counseling; and strong communication skills. Good driving record and reliable transportation required.
