Part-time position – 28 hours/week based in Keene two days and in Peterborough two days. Responsibilities include: recruiting, training, and managing volunteers in collaboration with community partners; expanding our Neighbors-in-Deed independent living program; developing new initiatives that align with the Corporation for National and Community Service focus areas; promoting RSVP projects; and managing administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Associate degree in human services, communications or related field and three years of experience working in management, marketing or program development. Must have experience and enthusiasm working with volunteers, older adults or veterans; strong communication skills including public speaking and writing; computer proficiency; analytical skills, high energy, and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a results-driven environment.
