Provides Supported Employment Services to ACT clients.   Under the direction of a written Individual Service Plan, and following a referral by a case manager, provides community employment supports to adults with a severe and persistent mental illness.  These services may include the provision of mental-illness management supports in a variety of employment settings.  Develops and maintains relationships with community employers and other vocational programs to increase collaborative efforts.  Qualifications:  A Bachelor’s degree in social work, rehabilitation, psychology, education, or a related human service field and one year of experience working with persons with severe and persistent mental illness or two years of experience in a human service field, preferably within supported employment services; demonstrated communication skills; ability to transport consumers when necessary to achieve treatment goals; good driving record required

Emergency Services Clinician - On Call - Emergency Services

Per diem position.  Provides crisis evaluation at ER and in office to ensure adequate shift coverage.  Comprehensive psychiatric services as part of a 24-hour crisis intervention team.  Position requires expertise in diagnostic assessment of dually diagnosed clients and a cognitive behavioral recovery oriented treatment approach.  Crisis intervention experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule required. On-Call sleep room available.  Qualifications:  MA in Psychology; Counseling; Counseling Psychology, Social Work or a related clinical field from an accredited college or university; plus relevant experience.  Preference given to a degree that is certifiable or licensable in NH.

Director of Adult Services

Full-time position. Responsible for the leadership and management of the Adult Treatment Services for the agency, including Adult Case Management, Older Adults, and Supported Employment programs.  Responsible for services in both State eligible and non-eligible adults and older adults throughout the agency including the Eastern region office.  Provides administrative support to the InSHAPE, ACT and Acute Care programs. The Director will also be responsible for the leadership and management of Residential programs and will ensure all state eligible consumers within the entire agency will meet State of NH Regulations ensuring that a comprehensive array of effective and coordinated services are available and accessible to consumers.  He/she supervises, and monitors programmatic and fiscal aspects/outcomes of the Recovery Support Services and develops annual budgets in collaboration with the Agency’s Management Team.  Works with consumers, family members, and peer support centers to support consumer & family directed initiatives.   The Director will perform community capacity-building, stigma reducing and community liaison functions.  Qualifications:  Master's Degree in field of mental health or related fields (psychology, counseling, social work or related field from an accredited college or university.); licensed or license eligible in N.H. (LICSW, LCMHC); and five years of post-master’s experience.  Demonstrated administrative and direct service experience with severely and chronically mentally ill persons and their families.  Supervision, program development, and organizational and leadership skills required.  Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with community groups and organizations and have a commitment to community mental health.

Case Manager - Childrens' Services - Peterborough

Full-time position.  Coordinates a wide variety of therapeutic, educational, basic supports and integrative services to psychiatrically disabled children to ensure they receive the services and assistance required for successful maintenance in the least restrictive environment and for continuity of care.  In addition direct intervention in the community setting is provided to enhance goal attainment.  Hours vary through the week to accommodate families/clients.  Qualifications: BA in a human service field; one years' experience working with SED children and their families; skills in advocacy, outreach, assessment, crisis intervention and supportive counseling; and strong communication skills.  Good driving record and reliable transportation required.

Children's Group Leader
