stays abreast of current trends in prevention and parent education. Responsible
for the daily coordination and management of the program. Provides parent
education to the general community and targeted at-risk populations. The
candidate must have supervisory skills; experience in collaborating with
interagency teams, be organized, have experience in grant writing, and a solid
knowledge of child and parent development. Bachelor’s degree in human services,
child development or related field with experience in program management as well

Youth Initiatives Office
Case Manager Youth Development Coach Full-time position. Supports the individual needs and builds on the individual strengths of youth ages 12-24 in outpatient, substance abuse treatment through the Monadnock Adolescent Treatment Initiative. Coach coordinates therapeutic, educational, recreational, social and skill building activities for participants. These may include tutoring, mentoring, outdoor activities, job training, wellness activities, community service and more to assist youth in achieving treatment goals, completing school and planning their futures. In addition to direct intervention with youth the Coach will also perform administrative duties, including GAIN M90 follow ups in support of the program. Qualifications: BA/BS in social work or related field. Minimum one year of experience working with substance abusing youth and their families.
